Established in 1986, Fleet Response is a leader in custom designed fleet management services to the corporate fleet industry. Built from an insurance background, they specialize in providing accident management services to corporations who self insure physical damages to their fleet.

They work with more than 6,000 car and truck rental suppliers providing access to over 500,000 vehicles throughout the United States, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Their suppliers offer a wide range of rental vehicles, from midsize to luxury vehicles, pick-up trucks, minivans, and sport utility vehicles. In select markets, Fleet Response can supply specialty vehicles. Customized rental insurance programs are available, whether self-insurance with assumption of all physical damage and liability risk or collision coverage with no deductible.

Fleet Response expanded in 1997 to include all aspects of fleet management, with a specialty in custom programs designed to fit a fleet's specific needs. Their comprehensive accident management and maintenance programs have interchangeable components, which create an exact match to your fleet's requirements. They also create web based applications specific to their clients' needs and provide OLIS, an On-line Information Service where clients can access real-time information about a claim.

Fleet Response is located in Cleveland, Ohio and has grown considerably from a small business to a thriving mid-size company. Operating on the founding principles of innovation, professionalism, and effectiveness, their clients include 50+ Fortune 500 companies and fleets ranging from 50 to 25,000 vehicles.

Formally known as Rental Concepts Inc. and Integrated Vehicle Systems, the two companies were combined under the Fleet Response name in November 2003 in a corporate identity restructuring.
