Monnaber Nou

At the beginning of the 13th century Majorca was conquered by King Jaime I, overthrowing its Arab rulers. The king divided the lands among the nobles who had supported him. One of these territories was the estate of Monnaber, the Arab word for "Hill of Flowers".
