Homer Air

Homer Air is an Alaskan owned, FAA licensed Air Carrier operating since 1954. Homer Air proudly celebrated its 50th Anniversary in August of 2004. They began flying the Kachemak Bay area in 1954 before a paved runway had ever been constructed in Homer. Most the surrounding villages were without a runway at all.

Homer Air is committed to safety and service whether you are interested in flight seeing, traveling across the Kachemak Bay to Seldovia, Port Graham or Nanwalek, or partaking in world-class bear viewing and beach landings on the coast of Katmai National Park. Their goal is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable flying experience.
Ownership of Homer Air has changed hands a few times over the years while remaining an important part of the City of Homer, and a vital link to the communities across the Kachemak Bay. Homer Air is now owned by Dana Pruhs, a native to Alaska, and is operated by a great crew of professionals from around the world who love to live and fly in Alaska.
To this day they maintain a commitment to safety and service that keeps Homer Air strong and flying forward into the future.
